

Ready to take charge of your life after high school? This workshop is all about helping you plan for the future you want.
In this workshop, you will learn:
- Visualizing Your Future: What will your days look like after graduation? Whether it’s attending college, starting a trade, or entering the workforce, we’ll help you think about your goals and the steps to take, like finding a job or planning for independent living.
- Assessing Your Current Skills: We’ll take a look at your daily activities and skills. Are you learning new things at home? Understanding where you are now helps plan for where you want to go.
- Setting Goals & Making a Plan: Together, we’ll create a vision of your future and figure out what new skills you need to develop to reach your goals. Whether it’s trying new jobs or volunteering, we’ll help you design your path forward.
- Finding Support & Resources: Learn about community programs that can support you, including Workforce Youth Services, Vocational Rehabilitation, and other adult services. You’ll also hear from young adults who’ve already graduated and can share valuable insights.
