Counseling & Wellness

ABOUT OUR COUNSELING SERVICES:
Counseling sessions can help people navigate life stressors, build resilience and learn new coping skills. Through the support of a skilled therapist and the development of a wellness plan, a sense of hope is restored and a lasting change for a healthy life can occur.
We help clients manage issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties (dating, marital, divorce, parent/child and family communication), effects from domestic violence, self-esteem, grief/bereavement and workplace problems. Our aim is to prevent hospitalizations, suicide, and community violence.
Counseling is offered in person and virtually and is available in Spanish. Affordable session costs are determined from a sliding fee scale based on household income.
WHO ARE OUR CLIENTS:
Women, men, seniors, teens, children (over the age of 9), couples and families. Our clients are from the Tampa Bay area and most are low- to moderate-income and uninsured or under-insured.
