Freedom to Be Me – WOMEN 60+ Monthly Free Support Group

July 24 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Free

As we move through life, many of us discover new freedoms—freedom to make our own choices, pursue our interests, set healthy boundaries, and define what matters most to us. At the same time, we may find ourselves reflecting on how our ideas about independence and personal freedom have evolved over the years. Whether your freedom comes from retirement, personal growth, life transitions, or simply a deeper understanding of who you are, this group offers a welcoming space to connect, reflect, and be inspired by one another’s journeys.

Independence and Interdependence: How has your definition of independence changed over the years? Talk about navigating retirement, health changes, caregiving, widowhood, relocation, or becoming an empty nester.

  • What does healthy independence look like for you?
  • When is it difficult to ask for help?
  • What support systems strengthen your life?
  • Emphasize resilience and lessons learned.

In This Group, We Will:

  • Connect in a safe, welcoming space
  • Share and feel heard
  • Reflect on friendships and support systems
  • Build meaningful connections
  • Explore ways to create more good days
