Nearly five decades of advancing economic independence and opportunity.
The Helen Gordon Davis Centre for Women is a Florida nonprofit organization dedicated to educating, empowering, and elevating women so they can achieve economic independence and personal and professional success. Since 2013, the Tampa Bay Women’s Business Centre has advanced that mission through entrepreneurship counseling, education, technical assistance, partnerships, and connections to resources. Today, TBWBC serves a six-county region with more than four million residents and is one of Florida’s largest Women’s Business Centers.
A Comprehensive Platform for Economic Mobility
The Centre’s work reaches beyond a single program. Together, entrepreneurship, workforce development, skilled-trades initiatives, counseling, financial capability, leadership development, and community partnerships help women and families build stronger futures.
Our Entrepreneurial Reach
TBWBC provides services across Hillsborough, Hernando, Manatee, Pasco, Pinellas, and Polk counties through staff, coaches, contractors, partner locations, virtual platforms, and community outreach.
