Inspired by The Happiness Project, this interactive virtual series invites you to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what brings you joy and fulfillment. Together, we will explore simple yet meaningful ways to create more balance, positivity, and intention in everyday life.

Through conversation, self-reflection, and practical tools, participants will focus on four important areas of well-being:

June 3rd – Week 1: Awareness & Clarity
Discover what happiness means to you and identify the areas of life you would like to strengthen.

June 10th – Week 2: Mindset & Daily Habits
Explore how small shifts in thinking and routine can support emotional well-being and lasting change.

June 17th – Week 3: Relationships & Connection
Reflect on the role of relationships, community, and connection in creating a happier and healthier life.

June 24th – Week 4: Purpose & Personal Growth
Develop your own personalized happiness plan and create intentions for continued growth beyond the group.

Participants are encouraged to attend all four sessions, as each week builds on the previous one, but you are welcome to join any sessions that fit your schedule. Once you register for the first session, you will have access to all meetings.
