Strengthening Relationships to Reduce Loneliness

April 2, 2024 @ 11:30 am - 12:30 pm
Free

Part Two of 6-week Series

We are offering a six-week, in-person women’s empowerment group titled ‘Trending Topics: For Today’s Women’, with the second topic being ‘Strengthening Relationships to reduce loneliness’.

Have you ever wondered: Why am I alone? Why does this hurt? Is anyone else feeling this way? These are questions that many people face when experiencing loneliness and isolation. Yet, how we deal with loneliness can impact its effect. Join us as we discuss the ingredients of healthy relationships not just with others, but with ourselves. It is possible to enhance the quality of existing relationships, and the journey may begin here.

You are invited to attend any or all of the sessions and feel free to bring your lunch. There is no charge for the meetings, and beverages will be provided.
