In this workshop we will share tips to help you to become more confident when introducing yourself at networking events.

Networking events can be scary. Do you freeze up and not know what to say or how to explain your business? Or do you keep talking non-stop about yourself and your business because of a nervous energy or not knowing any better? You may have heard about the elevator pitch – being able to succinctly speak about your business within 30 seconds to two minutes. During the first part of this virtual workshop, we will review the steps to help you become more confident at networking and how to create a powerful elevator pitch. We will also review conversation topics and questions to ask to improve your networking experience to help build relationships to collaboratively grow your business. In addition, learn some tips and tricks to improve your overall confidence. The second part of the workshop will give participants time to practice networking skills in virtual breakout rooms.
