This workshop will give you with insight on factors that can impact your profit levels by focusing on cash flow management. You will learn what to look for on your financial statements and how to use them as a management information tool. Business owners will learn the three most important financial documents: balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements. At the end of the workshop, business owners will have a better understanding of financial documents and how to forecast operating cash flow and determine the need for additional capital.
