Participants will learn how the unique qualities of men impact our children and teens in positive and meaningful ways- from childhood into adulthood. We will also learn essential keys to consider while raising boys to be confident, compassionate men.

Xavier founded PerMission LLC as a means of bringing together leading community engagement professionals from various sectors to offer innovative and pragmatic solutions. A true grassroots level practitioner, Xavier understands that focusing on the strengths of a community rather than its deficiencies and engaging residents and other civic groups is crucial to developing solutions to issues that have a positive impact. Xavier has led several successful community-based initiatives at local, regional, and national levels and currently serves on the board for the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) Institute at DePaul University, a think tank and leading authority on community development. Xavier is also the Director of Community Engagement for Neighborhood Partners, LLC (NPLLC), where he supports a regional team on a broad range of community.
