Mylitta Butler is a dynamic entrepreneur, author, motivational speaker, and community leader. She currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of The Bureau Fashion Week (formerly The Society Fashion Week), a leading fashion week producer that organizes exceptional events across multiple cities in the U.S. and overseas, including New York, Los Angeles, Dallas, Miami, London, and Paris. In this role, Mylitta plays a key part in planning and executing these premier fashion events, providing a dynamic platform for established designers, emerging talents, and industry leaders to showcase their vision and push the boundaries of fashion. With a commitment to innovation, creativity, and inclusivity, she ensures each event highlights the diverse styles and cultural influences that shape the fashion industry.

In addition to her work with The Bureau Fashion Week, Mylitta is the Chair of the Helen Gordon Davis Centre for Women’s 50th Anniversary Gala, set for November 14, 2026, celebrating five decades of empowering women and serving the Tampa Bay community. She is also an accomplished author and thought leader, inspiring audiences with insights on personal growth, wellness, and female empowerment.
