Connie Gage is a dedicated professional, community leader, and advocate for women in the Tampa Bay area. While her day-to-day work is as a Realtor with Smith & Associates Real Estate, Connie is widely recognized for her civic leadership and impact in the community. She currently serves as President of the Tampa Bay Rotary Club, leading initiatives that create meaningful change across the region.

A long-time Tampa Bay resident, Connie has been honored with numerous accolades, including 2023 Citizen of the Year by the South Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Board Chair, Community Champion, and Member of the Year. She actively volunteers with organizations such as Metropolitan Ministries, Meals on Wheels, and other local initiatives, demonstrating her commitment to giving back and strengthening the community.

Connie is also a close friend and passionate advocate for the Centre for Women, supporting its mission to empower women at all stages of life. She balances her professional and civic work with family life as a proud mother of four and grandmother, earning respect for her dedication, leadership, and approachable nature.
