Prior to joining Valley, her experiences spanned across working in programming research, creative services, digital, eCommerce, performance affiliate marketing, and ad sales in such companies as A&E Television Networks/History Channel, The Estee Lauder Companies, and BP/Castrol Oil. She launched award-winning eCommerce partner programs for Estee Lauder Companies and found a common thread in her career DNA- she has a passion to build programs and opportunities from the ground up.

She has also launched a few small side businesses such as a gifting company and an in-home catering experience business because she always has been an entrepreneur at heart.
