What to Expect
Coaching begins with listening. Together, the client and coach identify priorities, examine options, and agree on realistic next steps. Clients get the greatest value when they arrive prepared, share accurate information, complete agreed actions, and communicate when their needs change.

Eligibility and Availability
Complimentary coaching is available to for-profit businesses located in Hillsborough, Hernando, Pinellas, Polk, Pasco, or Manatee County. Nonprofit organizations are not eligible. Clients may register for three to five coaching sessions. Coaching is available virtually in English or Spanish, with evening or weekend appointments available with advance notice.
What Coaching Is Not
Coaches do not make decisions for clients, write entire plans or applications on their behalf, provide legal or tax representation, guarantee funding or contracts, or replace qualified professional advisers.
