Vasti Amaro is an Executive Coach, Life Coach and Business Strategist.  Her 30-year career in transit included HART in Tampa, Dallas Area Regional Transit, Phoenix Transit, South Florida Regional Transit Authority, Pittsburgh Regional Transit and global transportation firms: Transdev, First Group and Keolis headquartered in Paris and U.K.  She launched her transportation consulting business in 2014 and expanded to Executive and Life Coaching in May 2022.

She studied Business Management at the University of Phoenix and is a graduate of the WTS Leadership Program at Rutgers University and Transit General Managers Leadership Program at the Center for Urban Transportation Research at the University of South Florida.  She has served on many association and non-profit boards.

In 2023, Vasti starts a newly elected term as Board of Director for the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Tampa Bay (HCCTB) and appointed by the Palm Beach Mayor to the Transportation Local Coordinating Board (TLCB).

    Kati Isaacson started her career in advertising before joining 1st United Bank in 2006 in a Marketing and Communications role. She held various leadership roles at 1st United while managing the marketing, events, and public relations for the company before being acquired by Valley Bank in 2014. From there, Kati became the Brand and Communications Manager for the entire organization before advancing to Director of Corporate Communications.

    In her current role, Kati is responsible for directing, planning developing and implementing the Organization’s internal communication strategies including business resiliency/crisis communication planning. Kati is certified in Organizational Change Management and has a BA in English and Communications from LeMoyne College and MBA from Syracuse University.

    Esther Marshall is Vice President and Community Development & Social Responsibility Market Manager for the Southeast. She oversees the Bank’s regional compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act, cultivates and leads community partnerships, and executes community development strategies. Esther leads the Southeast regional community development teams in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and The Carolinas. She is focused on key programs and partnerships supporting economic and small business development, affordable housing and home ownership initiatives, financial health and stability and efforts to improve the well-being of individuals and families in underserved communities.  Esther leads the State of Florida’s charitable giving and provides impactful opportunities for employees to volunteer and serve in the community.

    Esther sits on the Florida Small Business Development Center’s Emergency Bridge Loan Committee. She is a board member of The Black Business Investment Fund and One Tampa and is an Advisory Board Member of the Florida Housing Coalition. She was nominated as a Tampa Bay Business Journal 2020 Businesswoman of the Year and has been recognized by the Florida Housing Coalition in 2019 for her work in affordable housing and nonprofit capacity building. She also received the 2022 Florida Small Business Development Center at FGCU’s Resource Partner of the Year award and received the 2022 Nehemiah Legacy Award from the CDC of Tampa, Inc.

    Dr. Kerry Szymanski is the Director of the Tampa Bay Women’s Business Centre (WBC).

    She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in consulting, entrepreneurship, higher education, and corporate marketing. Her entrepreneurial experience includes Kerry Communications consulting, Groovy Face Masks and SassyBB retail boutique. Corporate marketing experience includes working with Bally Total Fitness, Harry and David and Duty-Free Americas. Dr. Szymanski has more than 17 years of experience teaching undergraduate and MBA courses in marketing, strategy, branding, leadership and entrepreneurship at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and American Business & Technology University.
