DESCRIPTION:Join us for a cozy gathering where moms share stories\, tips\, and laughter – The Mama Circle is your safe space to connect and unwind.\n\n\n\nBabies and toddlers are welcome! \nMotherhood is beautiful\, but it’s also messy\, emotional\, and full of moments no one prepares you for. Whether you’re pregnant\, holding a newborn\, or chasing toddlers\, you deserve a space to exhale\, be heard\, and feel supported. \nJoin this free weekly online peer support group\, created for pregnant women\, new moms\, and moms of young children\, and led by an experienced social worker and fellow mama. This is a safe\, judgment-free space where real talk is welcome. \nKeep in mind this is not therapy. It’s peer support\, mom to mom facilitated by an experienced social worker mama. Come as you are\, whether you’re still expecting\, recovering postpartum\, or in the thick of toddler life. \nImportant Information: You’re welcome to join us every week or simply attend the sessions that work best for you. In this uplifting and reflective support group for senior women\, participants will explore the power they already hold to bring comfort\, kindness and hope to themselves\, their communities\, and the world around them. Through guided discussion women 65+ will imagine the positive changes they wish to see while recognizing the meaningful ways their voices\, experiences\, and actions continue to make a difference.
