DESCRIPTION:In-person Lunch & Learn\nEstablishing and maintaining strong and vibrant communities doesn’t happen on its own. Hancock Whitney Bank is excited to help you learn and understand your credit score and how your credit can have a big impact on your financial life and business. SUMMARY:Leadership at Your Fingertips: The Small Magic of Goal Setting
DESCRIPTION:LISA L. DEMMI \nSpeaker\, Change Artist and Author \nThe Small Magic of Goal Setting\nThese days\, our lives are busier and busier and we often ignore our goals\, even avoiding them altogether! This stops us from growing and moving to the next level. It can cost us our careers\, our relationships\, and even our happiness. That’s all going to change and “SMALL MAGIC” is the reason. Join Lisa Demmi as she shares her “SMALL MAGIC” process for creating goals that challenge and push you. AND then breaking each one into small manageable chunks that\, when done daily\, help you achieve them! Her training will empower you to break through the wall that’s been holding you back from attaining your career and personal goals. Ready to grow? This is only the beginning! \nLisa L. Demmi – I’m a speaker\, storyteller\, Change Artist (More about that later) and master egg poacher. I’ve had a very diverse career path which has led me to where I am today. I can give you the TL:DR over an adult beverage sometime. Let’s just say I’m well rounded. \nTruth time? I hate change. Let me rephrase…I used to hate change. Too much negative is happening in the world today. Hate\, violence\, wars\, and unfulfilled lives. It can make us feel helpless and insignificant. That\, my friend\, is where I come in and shout\, “B.S.!” I may even throw a referee flag on the ground for extra impact. \nI’m a Change Artist because I love two things: art\, and helping people navigate change in a way that doesn’t make them stress out or barf. Seriously\, stress can make you sick\, and change causes massive stress for a lot of people. I used to be one of them. I deliver my message while incorporating my art for an immersive\, powerful and memorable experience. \nI need change. You need change. We need change. This world really needs change. \nLet’s master the changes we face individually\, so we all can be better together. \nI speak to salespeople\, C-suite\, business owners\, and anyone who wants to shift their way of thinking from being a victim of change to being a Change NINJA. Wanna be the boss of you? You’re in the right place. Wanna have a positive impact on your life\, your business\, your family\, your world? You’re in the right place. If you want to be an impact maker\, you’re in the right place. \n \n\n\nThe Pat Collier Frank Leadership Institute is designed for women who want to enhance their capacity to lead\, gain confidence and advance in their careers. \nThe Centre for Women proudly introduces leadership training at your fingertips.
