DESCRIPTION:This October\, join us for a supportive virtual workshop series designed to strengthen self-esteem and confidence. Each week we’ll focus on a powerful theme. Together\, we’ll explore practical tools\, share honest conversations\, and create space to lift each other up. \nOctober 1 – Breaking Free from Comparison: Explore how social media\, cultural messages\, and peer pressure fuel comparison. Learn to notice comparison triggers and reframe them into self-compassion. \nOctober 8– Letting Go of Perfectionism: Understand how perfectionism can stem from fear of failure or criticism. Challenge all-or-nothing thinking and set realistic\, compassionate standards. \nOctober 15– Rewriting Negative Self-Talk: Identify inner critical voices and their origins (family\, culture\, past experiences). Practice replacing self-criticism with balanced\, supportive self-talk. \nOctober 22– Setting Boundaries and Building Assertiveness: Discuss how healthy boundaries protect self-esteem and build confidence. Practice saying “no” and expressing needs clearly without guilt. \nOctober 29 – Owning Your Strengths and Accomplishments: Explore how internalized beliefs can make women minimize their successes. Focus on recognizing and celebrating individual achievements and qualities. \nJoin all 5 weeks for the full experience—or choose the sessions that fit you best.

Whether you’re pregnant\, holding a newborn\, or chasing toddlers\, you deserve a space to exhale\, be heard\, and feel supported. \nJoin this free weekly online peer support group\, created for pregnant women\, new moms\, and moms of young children\, and led by an experienced social worker and fellow mama. This is a safe\, judgment-free space where real talk is welcome. \nWe’ll explore topics like: \n\nAnxiety & Depression During Pregnancy and Postpartum\nMom Guilt & Mental Load\nFeeding Challenges & Stigma\nIdentity Shifts & Relationship Changes\nNavigating Family Transitions\nAnd anything else that’s on your heart\n\nKeep in mind this is not therapy. It’s peer support\, mom to mom facilitated by an experienced social worker mama. Come as you are\, whether you’re still expecting\, recovering postpartum\, or in the thick of toddler life. \nYou’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself. \nWeekly Meetings on Fridays | Noon – 1 PM (ET) Virtual Session \nImportant Information: You only need to register once!
