You may be experiencing a pattern known as over-responsibility\, the tendency to take on more than is yours to carry. This workshop explores how over-responsibility develops\, how it shows up in daily life\, and why it can be so difficult to put yourself first. \nDuring this workshop\, participants will: \n• Identify four key areas where over-responsibility commonly shows up \n• Explore the connection between over-responsibility\, stress\, and the nervous system \n• Recognize how guilt and self-abandonment can become automatic patterns \n• Learn a simple daily practice to help pause before saying yes to new requests or commitments \n• Build greater awareness of personal needs\, limits\, and capacity \nThis workshop is not about caring less or withdrawing support from others.
