DESCRIPTION:Etiquette for Effective Communications\n \nKati Isaacson started her career in advertising before joining 1st United Bank in 2006 in a Marketing and Communications role. She held various leadership roles at 1st United while managing the marketing\, events\, and public relations for the company before being acquired by Valley Bank in 2014. From there\, Kati became the Brand and Communications Manager for the entire organization before advancing to Director of Corporate Communications. \nIn her current role\, Kati is responsible for directing\, planning developing and implementing the Organization’s internal communication strategies including business resiliency/crisis communication planning. Kati is certified in Organizational Change Management and has a BA in English and Communications from LeMoyne College and MBA from Syracuse University.
