In this free biweekly class\, you’ll be guided through simple sequences designed to improve balance\, flexibility\, and coordination\, while also calming the mind and reducing stress. \nBenefits include: \n\nImprove strength\, flexibility and balance\nLower anxiety\, stress and depression\nImprove memory\, focus and sleep\nSupports cognitive function\n\nThis class is completely free and open to all\, welcoming beginners as well as returning students.
