Yoga is a philosophy and practice that connects the body, breath, and mind to energize and balance the whole person. This mindbody therapy involves physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall well-being.

Join us on Tueday, Dec. 16 for a light lunch followed by an introduction to Yoga from 12-1p.m.

Facilitated by Bridgett O’Meara who loves and teaches yoga because it can be a powerful tool for personal transformation and therapeutic relaxation. Since 2003, she has practiced Vinyasa flow, Hatha and Bikram in those capacities. She completed her teacher training in 2011 and is a Yoga Alliance 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher through the Samudra School of Yoga at Yogani Studios and she also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.
