EVENT DETAILS:

  • HIGGINS HALL, 5225 N. Himes Ave., Tampa
  • Plenty of parking and easy access for vendors. Because of space, we are limiting the number of vendors. So get your Table Reserved Today!
  • The Gourmet Feastival is a signature event featuring food, spirits and beverage samples from Tampa Bay’s finest restaurants, caterers and beverage distributors making the Gourmet Feastival THE TASTIEST EVENT OF THE YEAR!
  • Expected attendance:  1,000
  • All proceeds benefit The Helen Gordon Davis Centre for Women, a non-profit 501 (c)(3)
  • Not a Parish Sponsored Event

 

PRESENTATION AND SAMPLING: 
  • We provide the booth, you as a participant provide sample-size servings of your favorite dish or beverage. (Please note:  Alcohol samplings are limited to two ounces per guest.)
  • Plates, paper products and eating utensils WILL BE PROVIDED at each booth.
  • Participants are encouraged to decorate their booths and display their menus and information.
  • PLEASE BE READY TO RECEIVE GUESTS BY 4:30 P.M.  FOOD SERVICE IS FROM 5- 8:30 PM.
  • At 5 p.m. promptly, we will have our VIP guests enter the ballroom. At 6 p.m., we will open the ballroom to all guests. Please remember to wait until 8:30 p.m. before closing down your booth.

 

STAFFING:

  • Participants are responsible for providing adequate number of staff personnel to set up, tear down and operate their booths during the event.
  • Each vendor is permitted to have up to 5 staff members per booth.  Please instruct your staff to sign in at Vendor Check-In to receive their credentials prior to entering the event.
  • Set up will begin at noon.
  • PLEASE BE SURE TO COMPLETE YOUR BOOTH SET-UP NO LATER THAN 4:30 PM AS OUR VIP RECEPTION BEGINS PROMPTLY AT 5 PM.
  • PLEASE BRING ALL NECESSARY CARTS, DOLLIES ETC. FOR TRANSPORT OF YOUR EQUIPMENT AND FOOD/BEVERAGES.

 

LAYOUT/BOOTH SPACE:

  • We will follow-up with you via email or by phone after we receive your participation form.  It is not mandatory to attend the special luncheon.
  • Two (2) six-foot tables are provided for display of samples, menus, etc.  Front  table skirted, back table draped with linen.
  • NO PROPANE CAN BE USED but you may use butane. Please provide your own extension cords. You must bring a fire extinguisher if you are using sterno or butane.
  • Limited booths with electricity. Available on a first-come basis. Please mark sign up form as needing electricity.
